KR210R2700-2 is a classic model of KUKA and a hot-selling model of our UnionRobot. It is widely used in the automotive industry and is very suitable for welding, handling, gluing, engraving, etc. Because of the large production batch and mature production line, the price of this robot is also the best, even more cost-effective than KR70. It is just one of its advantages.


Strong load capacity: This is also the advantage of this robot. If it is servo spot welding, most of them can choose it. The load of 210 kg can handle the weight of most welding tongs. Of course, it is also a piece of cake for conventional handling work.


Large arm span: This is the key factor of the robot. The arm span of 2.7 meters can easily handle multi-bench applications, such as assembly workstations, conveyor line tracking and grabbing, etc.


High precision: Repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.05, can accurately position and assemble. Although it is inferior to CNC machine tools, it can be customized with high precision, that is, it is calibrated with high precision before leaving the factory. If it is equipped with KUKA CNC for engraving, it is really no worse than machine tools.


Small footprint: KR210R2700-2 originally did not have "-2" and was originally KR210R2700extra, that is, the first generation. So -2 has improved speed, load capacity, etc. compared to the first generation. The most significant improvement is its footprint, which greatly improves space utilization. Although the arm span has not changed, the base has become smaller, which has greatly improved utilization in a limited space.


The control cabinet can be selected from KR C4 or KR C5, and we recommend KR C4. The control system can be selected from KSS8.6 or KSS8.7.
